We started in controls — CAN networks, J1939, spreader systems, embedded software. Years of hands-on work building and commissioning real systems for mobile and industrial equipment. We know how these machines work because we've wired them up, debugged them at 2am, and documented every state they can end up in.

At some point we got frustrated with how slowly the traditional engineering world moves. Long scoping phases. Deliverables that don't actually solve the problem. Firms that bill by the hour and have no skin in the outcome. We decided to do it differently.

We branched out into web and digital — not because it's a pivot, but because the same discipline applies. Understand the system. Find what's actually broken. Ship something that moves the number. We want to be close to your real problems, not managing a scope document from a distance.
